A New Chapter in The Bears Cave 🐻

The Cave is still cosy, the bears are still here,
But we're changing a little as we shift up a gear.
So gather around, there's some news to share,
About what's happening next in our little Bear lair.

The Bears Cave Has Gone Online

Once upon a time, you could wander our floor,
Have a look, have a chat, then browse a little more.
But times have been changing, and we've changed with them too,
So we're making things simpler — for us and for you.

The Bears Cave shop and nursery has now moved to an online-only model.

Our physical shop will no longer operate with regular walk-in opening hours. Instead, you can browse and order from The Bears Cave online, from the comfort and privacy of home — morning, noon or night.

But don't worry, our Cave hasn't disappeared!

If postage won't do and you're coming our way,
Your goodies can still be collected that day.
Just give us some notice before you arrive,
And we'll make sure a Bear is waiting inside.

Local pick-up is still available by appointment only. Once your order is ready, simply arrange a suitable collection time with us before coming to the shop.

A Change to Our Adult Diaper Range

Now there's one other change that we need to explain,
Though we've tried to make sure it won't cause you much pain.
The nappies you've known won't be stocked anymore,
But there's still a way to collect from our door.

After careful consideration, we've made the decision to stop stocking our adult disposable diaper range.

We know these products have been important to some members of our community, and this wasn't a decision we made lightly. Unfortunately, the relatively small number of customers purchasing them, combined with the costs involved in bringing stock across to WA and keeping a range of sizes on hand, means it simply isn't sustainable for us to continue stocking them ourselves.

However, we don't want that change to leave our customers without an option.

You are welcome to purchase your preferred diapers from another retailer and have the parcel delivered directly to The Bears Cave. We can then hold it safely for you to collect from our shop by appointment.

Order them there and send them our way,
We'll keep them tucked safely till collection day.
No need for a journey from store after store,
Just arrange your collection and knock on our door.

Different Chapter, Same Cave

This change gives us the opportunity to focus The Bears Cave on the products, services and community that have made our little corner of the world what it is.

Some things may look a little different. The doors won't always be open, and there may be fewer Bears wandering through the Cave during the day.

But what matters hasn't changed.

The shelves may be quieter, the door may be still,
But caring for our community always we will.
It's a different new chapter, but one thing stays true:
There's always a place in The Bears Cave for you. 🐾

Thank you to everyone who has shopped with us, supported us, recommended us, visited us and helped our little Cave grow.

So here's to what's next and the stories we'll make,
To new little journeys and pathways we'll take.
The Cave isn't closing — we're changing our way,
And we're very glad you're coming along for the stay.

With love from The Bears Cave 🐻🐾
